“An embarrassment of riches.” Have you ever heard that expression? It means the feeling a person has when surrounded by so much bounty in any particular aspect of his or her life. Granted, in the rat race of this 21st century existence, it is all too easy to overlook our blessings; however, those who are able to set aside a few minutes of each day to give thanks for all that they have will certainly benefit from this act of quiet gratitude. Many of you may be surprised to see this on my list, as it is widely considered to be a crumbling old lady well past her prime. True enough, but this is where I won my first no-limit Texas Holdem tournament back in the late '70s, and I will never turn my back on the Trop. The Wynn. One name says it all in this town.
